ComplyPlus™ is an easy-to-use single sign-on portal that helps you manage your compliance headaches.
Once signed up, you will undergo your initial onboarding session with our team. You will then be given access to your account, which enables you to use all the features stated above, including assigning training courses and programmes, uploading staff and company documents, downloading live reports, tracking staff progress, and much more.
Through the portal, the system will also track employees' activities, including what documents they view and which courses they complete. Ultimately, this will improve your organisation's compliance.
Our document upload system will help staff understand and adhere to the following;
- Employee handbook
- Company policy
- Company induction
- Company ethics
- Other relevant documents.
The system will also inform you when staff members have read and 'ticked' that they have understood the above documents. As an organisation, you can upload documents specific to individual staff members, including old certificates, right-to-work files, CVs, and any other relevant documentation. These are only examples and can be customised to your needs.
You will also be assigned a dedicated account manager from The Mandatory Training Group, who can assist you with your queries and point you in the right direction.
