What is the format of your eLearning courses?

Our eLearning courses are delivered online, allowing learners to access materials anytime, anywhere. Each course is externally peer-reviewed and accredited by the CPD Certification Services and includes interactive modules, quizzes, and assessments.

What are the timescales for completing courses?

The duration of a course varies depending on its content. However, most of our eLearning courses are designed to be completed within 1-2 hours. Learners can progress at their own pace and access materials within 365 days of purchase.

How do I assign courses to learners in my organisation?

Administrators or group leaders can assign courses to learners through our Learning Management System (LMS) using the group management dashboard. After purchase, the login credentials and user manuals include a detailed guide on course assignments.

Can I pay for courses in instalments?

Yes. Instalment payment options are available for bulk purchases or specific course packages via Klarna.

How do I log on to the eLearning platform?

Upon purchasing a course, you will receive an email with your login credentials and a link to access the platform. To log in, copy the link into your browser (our system is optimised for Google Chrome) and enter the login details provided in the email. Please note that your email address will be your default username, which cannot be changed. To avoid access issues, please ensure that the information you provide during the purchase process is accurate.

I haven't received my login details. What should I do?

Our system automatically sends an email with your login details immediately after purchase. However, some email servers (such as Google and Yahoo) may redirect these emails to your Junk or Spam folder.

If you haven’t received your login details within 24 hours, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If the email is still missing, feel free to contact our support team at info@mandatorytraining.co.uk, and we will assist you promptly.

Can I request name changes on certificates?

Unfortunately, learners cannot change their names directly through the LMS to prevent discrepancies on certificates associated with the account owner. To request a name change on a certificate, learners must contact our support team at info@mandatorytraining.co.uk, as additional verification is required.

How long are the certificates valid for?

The validity of certificates depends on the course. For example, most mandatory training certificates are valid for 12 months. The validity period is clearly stated on each certificate.

Is the course information up to date?

We regularly update our course content to align with the latest industry standards, regulations, and healthcare and social care best practices.

Can someone complete a course in another person's name?

No, each course is linked to an individual learner's profile and must be completed by the enrolled participant to ensure compliance and authenticity.

Do you offer practical training?

Yes, in addition to eLearning, we offer practical, face-to-face, in-house training for mandatory training subjects, such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and manual handling. Click here for more details.

How can I request a refund?

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. To initiate the process, a form must be completed, which allows our finance team to verify the request. You will receive an update within 24-48 hours confirming whether the refund can be issued.

How do I download my certificate(s)?

After completing the end-of-course assessment with a passing mark of 80% or more, you will be able to download, save and/or print a quality-assured CPD certificate (in PDF format).

How do I download a free course certificate?

We provide free online courses and packages as part of ongoing promotions and topical issues. The learning materials are available for free. However, there is a £4.95 charge if the learner wants to download a CPD certificate at the end of the course.

Is there a certificate at the end of the training?

On completion of each online module or training programme (and achieving the required pass mark(s), you will obtain and be able to download a CPD certificate (PDF).

How do I renew my certificate?

To renew a course, you will need to purchase the license again, regardless of whether the previous one has been completed.

How soon can I start my online course(s)?

Once you purchase one of our online courses, you can access it for 365 days. You can begin the course immediately or anytime within the 365-day period. Additionally, you can start, pause, and resume your online training at your convenience.
