Server space to download and store the certificate.
We are required by law to store certificates as part of auditing and quality assurance purposes.
Where applicable, the certificate expiry recommended for every course is specified in the overview section. However, some industries/sectors/organisations determine how often training must be undertaken and the validity period of the certificates.
For example, the Safeguarding Adults Level 3 course has to be refreshed every three years, and some organisations may require their employees to refresh every year while some course certificates do not have an official expiry.
Our CPD training courses are not qualifications but can be used as refresher mandatory and statutory training for already qualified persons to count towards their continuing professional development hours.
Some courses can be used as an introduction and induction training for non-qualified individuals, which entirely depends on the employer's requirements.
