See the course duration guide below:
Level 1 (Awareness) - 30-60 minutes
Level 2 (Intermediate) - 60-90 minutes
Level 3 and above (Advanced) - 90-240 minutes.
NB: Some specialist continuing professional development (CPD) programmes or packages combine various modules, for example, Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, or the Mandatory Training for Nurses package could have 15 modules.

Course points/hours will vary depending on the prior knowledge of the subject, experience required, course level, assessment(s), and or according to accrediting body specifications.
We offer FREE courses as part of our various promotions/campaigns on topical issues. However, learners will have to pay a small fee if they want to download a CPD certificate at the end because it covers costs for:
Course accreditation (for the CPD certification)
Server space to download and store the certificate.
We are required by law to store certificates as part of auditing and quality assurance purposes.
Where applicable, the certificate expiry recommended for every course is specified in the overview section. However, some industries/sectors/organisations determine how often training must be undertaken and the validity period of the certificates.
For example, the Safeguarding Adults Level 3 course has to be refreshed every three years, and some organisations may require their employees to refresh every year while some course certificates do not have an official expiry.
Our CPD training courses are not qualifications but can be used as refresher mandatory and statutory training for already qualified persons to count towards their continuing professional development hours.
Some courses can be used as an introduction and induction training for non-qualified individuals, which entirely depends on the employer's requirements.
