• After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your receipt and course access details. This email is sent to the address entered during checkout
• If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your junk, spam, or bulk mail folders, as some email providers (such as Gmail or Yahoo) may filter automated emails
• If you still cannot locate the email, please contact our support team and provide your order confirmation details, including your name, order number, and the course(s) purchased.

• Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your username, password, and course access link. These details allow you to log in to your learner account and begin your course
• If you already have an existing account on our system and purchase another course, a new account will not be created. Instead, the new course will automatically be added to your existing account. You can continue using your current login credentials
• If you cannot remember your password, simply click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

No. You do not need to create an account before purchasing. You can complete your purchase directly through the checkout page. After your order is confirmed, a learner account will automatically be created using the email address provided during checkout, and your login details will be sent to you by email.

• Individual purchase - After logging in to your learner dashboard, you will have the option to assign the purchased course either to yourself or to other learners. Once assigned to another learner, they will automatically receive a confirmation email containing their login details and course access information.
• Organisational purchase - After logging in, you will be directed to the group management dashboard. Here, you will see the course(s) purchased and the available options to assign learners. As the group administrator, you will have access to features such as assigning courses, managing learners, and monitoring their progress. Once a learner is added or assigned to a course, they will automatically receive a confirmation email with their login details and instructions to access the training.

Once you have successfully completed the course and passed the required assessment, your certificate will be available in your learner account. You can download it directly from your dashboard under the completed course by clicking the blue certificate icon, which will automatically download the certificate. Alternatively, you can access the certificates section, where the number of certificates you have completed is displayed at the top right. By clicking this section, you will be able to view and download your completed certificates.

Yes. Our online courses are designed for flexible learning. You can start, pause, and resume the course at any time within your access period, allowing you to complete the training at your own pace.

You will have 365 days of access from the date of purchase to complete your course. During this time, you can log in and access the training materials whenever it is convenient for you.
