User accounts

Where access to a service requires registration:

Orders and payments

Training access and certification

Upon successful completion of applicable course requirements, learners may be issued with a certificate of completion.

The Mandatory Training Group does not guarantee that any training course, certificate, accreditation, or qualification will satisfy the requirements of any employer, regulator, professional body, or third party.

Learners are responsible for downloading and retaining copies of certificates and training records where required.

Classroom and virtual training

Delegates attending classroom or virtual training sessions must comply with all joining instructions and attendance requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse attendance or remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.

Transfers, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Subscription services

Where services are provided on a subscription basis:

• Access is granted for the duration of the purchased subscription period
• Subscription fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access
• Access to subscription content may cease when a subscription expires or is cancelled.
