This course supports you in planning and delivering people moving and handling training within your competence, role, experience, and organisational governance arrangements. Your employer or commissioning organisation remains responsible for authorising your role as a trainer and the scope of your delivery.
No. This is a blended course. You will complete the online learning first, then attend a face-to-face practical assessment and micro-teach session at our Coventry Training Centre.
No. The certificate is issued only after the successful completion of online learning, online assessment, practical session, micro-teaching, and competence sign-off.
Trainer resources may include session plans, trainer slides, micro-teach guidance, practical assessment checklists, learner observation forms, attendance registers, feedback forms, competence sign-off records and guidance for adapting materials to local policy.
