To enrol on an e-learning course through our website, please add the selected course(s) to the basket. From there, you will be redirected to the secure checkout page, where you can pay using a credit/debit card.
If you are booking the course for another person, you must state their full name and email address in the notes section of the ‘ basket’ area. Once we get the learner’s details, our system will allocate the course(s) to the correct person.
You will then receive an email with further instructions and your unique login credentials to access your learner account (you can start your course within 3 to 5 minutes of booking).
You must then follow the instructions and log in to your learner account, where the course(s) booked will be ready for you or your staff to begin.
When you get assigned to an online training course, you will have 365 days of unlimited access to the training materials and the end of course assessment for no extra charge.
Unlike many e-learning portals, our LearnPac LMS allows learners to complete their online courses at their own pace, in their own time, and on any device of their choice.
Our system automatically sends an email with login details immediately after purchase. Some email servers (e.g. google and yahoo) may automatically divert emails to the junk/spam mail folders.

There is an 'End of Course Assessment' for each module/course. After completing the learning materials, you will be redirected to the 'End of Course Assessment' section.

For the majority of our online statutory and mandatory training courses and programmes, you must achieve a passing mark of 80% or more per module to gain CPD certification. Where the assessment format or pass marks differ, these will be specified in each online course or programme's 'Course Overview' section.
The certificate validity (where applicable) is specified in the course description (check the course overview section). For the majority of our online courses, the certificates do not have an expiration date. For example, some sectors, such as first aid, health and social care, require their employees to complete statutory and mandatory training annually, biannually or every three years. Where applicable, we will indicate the recommended renewal date on your certificate.
