The CPD Certification Service (CPDUK) accredits all of our statutory and mandatory training courses as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.

To enrol on the healthcare courses and training programmes through our website, please add the selected course(s) to the basket. From there, you will be redirected to the secure checkout page, where you can pay using a credit/debit card.

Booking the course for another person
If you are booking the course for another person, you must state their full name and email address in the notes section of the ‘ basket’ area. Once we get the learner’s details, our system will allocate the course(s) to the correct person.

Booking confirmation
You will then receive an email with further instructions and your unique login credentials to access your learner account. You can start your course within 3 to 5 minutes after booking.

You must then follow the instructions and log into your learner account, where the course(s) booked will be ready for you or your staff to begin.

Once you complete your purchase for the healthcare courses, education and training, we will send you an email confirming your purchase straight away.

• Within 2-5 minutes, we will send you another email with your login details. You will be able to log in and start your online course once you receive your login details.
• Check your inbox. If you cannot find the email (with your login details), please check your junk or spam folders.

Yes, our LearnPac LMS allows learners to complete their healthcare courses training and education at their own pace, in their own time, and on any device of their choice.

There is an 'End of Course Assessment' on each module or course for the healthcare courses, training and education. After completing the learning materials, you will be redirected to the 'End of Course Assessment' section.

Learners are required to complete an end of course assessment and achieve the specified pass mark and gain the healthcare courses, training and education CPDUK accredited certificate.

To start your end of course assessment:

• Please go to the course home page. Underneath 'Click here to start your course button', you will find an area labelled 'Assessment & Certification'.
• Click on the 'End of Course Assessment' link to be redirected to the assessment area.

*Please note that you MUST go through the course materials first before attempting the End of Course Assessment.

You can retake the end of course assessment for healthcare training courses and qualifications as many times as required, with no extra charges.

For most of our healthcare courses, training and qualifications, you must achieve a pass mark of 80% or more per module to gain CPDUK certification.

Where the assessment format or pass marks are different, these will be specified in the 'Course Overview' section of each online healthcare training course or programme.

Our healthcare training courses and qualifications are ideal for learners looking to upskill their theoretical knowledge and are ideal for refreshers. Learners will have to attend a practical session and gain a full qualification for this.

On completion of each healthcare courses, training and education and achieving the required pass mark(s), you will obtain and be able to download a CPD certificate (pdf).

After completing the end of course assessment for each of the healthcare education and training programme with a pass mark of 80% or more, you will be able to download, save and/or print a quality assured CPD certificate (in pdf format).

• Click on the ‘Course Progress Overview’ tab to download a copy of a CPD certificate for each specific module.
