Hey everyone! It’s Jaden, and today, I will tell you all about my first day of senior school. It was a busy and exciting day, so let’s dive right in!

Using my locker for the first time
One of the best parts about senior school is that I finally get to use a locker! I have a key for it, and there's something satisfying about opening and closing it. Plus, I have a card to access different school buildings, which makes me feel quite grown-up
My first lessons
On my first day, I had several lessons: Physics, Geography, Maths, and RE (Religious Education). Physics was fun because we talked about units of measurement like mass and weight. I wasn’t sure about Geography at first, but my new teacher made it fun, so I think I’ll enjoy it this year.

Meeting new friends
I also got to meet some new kids. One of them is named Ben, and even though we’re not friends yet, we had a good chat, especially since we ended up sitting next to each other in Physics. I also sat near some of my old friends, like Josh and Tyler, so having a mix of familiar faces and new people was nice.
Getting lost
One of the funniest parts of my day was when I got lost trying to find my classroom! It cost me about five minutes, so I was a little late, but now I know my way around the school. I’ve figured out where the Physics room, Maths room, and even the Modern Languages rooms are.

School food - A new treat!
For lunch, I had some pasta, half of my sandwich, a cookie, and some soda. I’m really excited about the school food—apparently, they even have chicken wings sometimes! I’ll be looking forward to lunch in the coming days.
Overall, my first day was great. I’m still getting used to the size of the school, but I had a lot of fun and learned a lot. Senior school will be a good adventure, and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
