Welcome to The Mandatory Training Group's online Well-being and Emotional Needs Coordinator (WENCO) training package. All our online training courses, programmes and qualifications are accredited by the CPD Certification Service (CPDUK).

The Early Years sector is becoming increasingly aware of the effects on the mental health of our youngest children and the need to monitor their needs closely to help support them.

We have devised a range of training modules to support W.E.N.C.O officers in their roles so that they are better equipped to deal with some of the events that children may experience.
