Most NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers in the UK now require all medical, nursing and healthcare staff to attend statutory and mandatory training courses that are aligned to the Skills for Health UK Core Skills Training Framework. The CSTF aligned mandatory and statutory training course is an annual refresher training for those who are experienced and have previously attended relevant induction training. This course not suitable for candidates who have no prior healthcare experience.
