From there, you will see ‘My certificates’ (in green).
There are two ways this can be done:
a. Click the ‘My Certificates’ link on your learner portal to download all certificates to your device in a zip file.
b. Click the ‘Course Progress Overview’ tab to download a copy of a certificate for each specific course.
Once the certificate(s) is downloaded to your device as a PDF file, you can either print it or send it over to the necessary personnel.
