Yes, all our online childcare and EYFS education and training programmes are externally peer-reviewed and accredited by the CPD Certification Service (CPDUK). Some sector-specific courses and programmes are also accredited by relevant organisations, including Corporate Member (The CPD Certification Service) and Training Qualifications UK (TQUK).

The CPD Certification Service (CPDUK) accredits all of our statutory and mandatory training courses as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.

To enrol our eLearning programmes for early years, schools and childcare services through our website, please add the selected course(s) to the basket. From there, you will be redirected to the secure checkout page, where you can pay using a credit or debit card. 

Are you booking the course for another person?
If you are booking the course for another person, you must state their full name and email address in the notes section of the 'basket' area. Once we get the learner's details, our system will allocate the course(s) to the correct person.

Booking confirmation
Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a receipt immediately after your purchase. You will also receive an email with further instructions, including your unique login credentials to access your learner account ( you can start your course within 3 to 5 minutes of booking). You must then follow the instructions and log in to your learner account, where the course(s) booked will be ready for you or your staff to begin.

When you are assigned to our childcare courses, training and qualifications, you will have 365 days of unlimited access to the training materials and the end of course assessment for no extra charge. For individual children's services course orders, the course materials expire after 365 days from the day of purchase.

You can start your childcare courses, training and qualifications at any time suitable for you (within 365 days of purchasing the course).

From the day you purchase the course, you have access to the learning materials and assessments for 365 days.

On completion of each childcare course, training and qualifications, you have to take the end of course assessment and achieve a pass mark of 80% to be able to download a CPD certificate in PDF form, unless otherwise specified in the overview section of the course.

Yes, all our eLearning programmes for early years, schools and childcare services are delivered online. We do not provide any classroom or face-to-face training.

Yes, you can complete your online childcare courses, training and qualifications at your own pace, in your own time. You can leave the course and start where you left off. You do not have to restart the online course from the beginning.

Unlike many e-learning portals, our LearnPac LMS allows learners to complete their online training courses at their own pace, in their own time, and on any device of their choice.

Our CPD certificates are recognised internationally and can be used to provide evidence for compliance and audit.

Some industries and sectors specify how often you must undertake training and the validity of certificates. An example is the Safeguarding Adults Level 3 training, which has to be renewed every three years. The certificate validity, where applicable, is specified in the course description.

For the majority of our online childcare courses, training and qualifications, the certificates do not have an expiration date. For example, some sectors, such as first aid, health and social care, require their employees to complete statutory and mandatory training annually, biannually or every three years.

Where applicable, we will indicate the recommended renewal date on your certificate.

Yes, a non-resident of the UK can take our childcare courses, training and qualifications as long as they have internet access. There are no restrictions for non-UK residents. All our online training courses, programmes, and qualifications are internationally recognised and verifiable for CPD hours completed.

Our childcare and EYFS education and training programmes are only suitable for individuals wishing to improve their theoretical knowledge and may be used in conjunction with a practical based session as blended learning.

If your training policy and local authority guidance state you need a practical based session alongside the theoretical knowledge assessment, which is strongly recommended, then candidates will have to source that separately as we do not offer classroom-based training solutions.

Our childcare courses, training and qualifications are ideal for refreshers and learners looking to up-skill their theoretical knowledge. Please note that our eLearning programmes do not qualify you to be a healthcare support worker. It is also a mandatory refresher package for those who are already working in the field.

We offer a wide range of entry-level awareness courses for unqualified individuals. The majority of our current childcare and EYFS education and training programmes are Continuing Professional Development (CPD) modules and programmes. These online courses range from:

 • Awareness (Level 1 - Introductory)
 • Intermediate (Level 2)
 • Advanced (Level 3-5).

We strongly recommend that unqualified individuals start by completing the Level 1 modules before the intermediate and advanced modules.

All our eLearning programmes for early years, schools and childcare services are approved by the CPD Certification Service (CPDUK).

Please note that our courses are ideal for learners looking to up-skill their theoretical knowledge and are ideal for refreshers. Learners will have to attend a practical session and gain a full qualification for this.

Each online module or training programme around children's services has an assessment(s) and CPD certification. Pass marks and coursework will be specified in descriptions of individual courses. There is an end of course assessment for each module or course.

After completing the learning materials, you will be redirected to the end of course assessment section.

On successful completion of the end of course assessment, by achieving a pass mark of 80% or more, you will be able to download, save or print your CPDUK accredited certificate. Please note that you must go through the course materials first before attempting the end of course assessment.
