To enrol on our virtual classroom courses, click on 'Register here', select your preferred date and time, and add the course to your basket. From there, you will be able to go to our secure checkout page to complete your booking and make payment using a credit/debit card.
Booking confirmation
Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a receipt immediately after your purchase.
You will then receive an email with further instructions and your unique access to the webinar.
If you are booking the course for another person, you must state their full name and email address in the notes section of the ‘ basket’ area. Once we get the learner’s details, our system will allocate the course(s) to the correct person.
Yes, all our online training courses, programmes and qualifications are internationally recognised and verifiable for CPD hours completed.
The content of our online training courses, programmes and qualifications have been independently peer-reviewed and certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuing Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.
Yes, all our online training courses and programmes are externally peer-reviewed and accredited by the CPD Certification Service (CPDUK).
Some sector-specific courses and programmes are also accredited by relevant organisations including NOCN, NCFE and Training Qualifications UK (TQUK). Please check the course overview section for details about the accrediting or awarding body.
You will be allowed to rebook your course once free of charge, provided you have given at least 2 business days' notice , and the reschedule has been confirmed by Head Office. Should you need to rebook more than once, you will need to pay again for the rebooked place.
Cancellations will only be accepted for individual online bookings if at least 2 business days' notice has been provided from the original booking date. In such cases all fees will be refunded, otherwise payment will be charged in full.
If you miss your training course without providing the required notice, you will not be entitled to a refund and you or your organisation will need to pay again for any rebooked place. You will be allowed to rebook your course once, free of charge, provided you have given the required notice and the reschedule has been confirmed by Head Office. Should you need to rebook more than once, you will need to pay again for the rebooked place.
Any sound or video recording by delegates during classroom courses is strictly prohibited. Any delegates who are caught recording a classroom course will be asked to delete the recording pursuant to clause and may be asked to leave the course. At our sole discretion, delegates who breach this clause may not be entitled to a refund for such course.
